The vision of Chapel Hill Elementary School is that all students will learn in a safe environment in which achievement is fostered and recognized, so that students continue to grow as lifelong learners.

Text Box: Our Beliefs
1. (Learning) Student learning is the chief priority for the school.
2. (Decision Making) Teachers, administrators, parents and the community share the responsibility for advancing the school’s mission.

3. (Instruction) Each student is a valued individual with unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs.

4. (Policy) The Marshall County Teacher Handbook, the CHES Faculty Handbook, and the CHES Student Handbook are used as a guide to promote a safe and physically comfortable environment which is conducive to student learning.

5. (Instruction) Students learn in different ways and should be provided with a variety of instructional approaches to support their learning.

6.(Assessment) Students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process.

7. (Assessment) The commitment to continuous improvement is imperative if our school is going to enable students to become confident, self-directed, lifelong learners.

8. (Learning) A student’s self-esteem is enhanced by positive relationships and mutual respect among and between students and staff.

Success and nothing less at CHES!
